- Represent the agency. You’ll lead your team in developing the Workhouse reputation through networking, PR and LinkedIn and actively pursuing awards for agency work.

Your Perspective
Essential skills & experience:
- Qualifications to degree standard with expertise in marketing or design.
- Demonstrable experience of owning multi-channel campaigns aligned to long term brand building for clients
- Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead client partnerships to growth
- Gravitas, energy and a positive attitude to challenges and opportunities.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in an Integrated Creative Agency
- The last 3 years to have been at SAM or AD level
- Proven experience in developing new business opportunities
- Previous experience in the Built Environment sector would be an advantage
