What we need from you:
User Experience (UX) Design
- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform the design process and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate and validate design concepts.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and project requirements.
User Interface (UI) Design
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand brand guidelines and interpret brand direction into visually compelling digital interfaces.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs for websites, applications, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Develop design systems and component libraries to maintain brand coherence and streamline the design process.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs into the final products.
Creative Problem Solving
- Proactively identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with a diverse team of designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Communicate design concepts effectively and provide clear rationale behind design decisions.
Your Perspective
Your skills & experience:
- Qualifications in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and continuous improvement.
