Workhouse recognised for Design in The Drum Honours

Delighted to announce that this year, Workhouse has been recognised in The Drum Honours, placing us in the Top 10 Design Agencies shaping the future of marketing, alongside agencies we’ve long admired, including Mother, Design Bridge and Code & Theory.

The Drum Honours aren’t decided by opinion or popularity. They’re powered by a year’s worth of global awards data, celebrating the companies, campaigns and people who gathered the most recognition across 2025. In other words, this isn’t about one good idea, it’s about consistency, craft and impact.

For us, that matters.

Because design at Workhouse has never been about decoration. It’s about clarity. About making complex, technical worlds feel human. About creating work that earns attention and drives action, especially in the Built Environment, where great creative is often overlooked and even more often underestimated.

It’s also a reflection of our people; their curiosity, their care for the detail, their refusal to settle for “nice” when “effective” is within reach. And of our clients, who trust us to push, challenge and help them find their greatness in categories where the easy option is to play it safe.

So yes, we’re proud.

And we're grateful.

But mostly, we’re energised.

And now? Back to it!
